What is Joint Pains?

Joint pain refers to discomfort, soreness, or aching sensations in the areas where two or more bones meet. It can result from various factors, including injury, inflammation, overuse, or underlying medical conditions such as arthritis. Joint pain can affect any part of the body, from the knees and hips to the hands and shoulders. Depending on the cause, it might be accompanied by swelling, stiffness, reduced mobility, or warmth in the affected area. Management involves identifying the underlying issue, using pain relief measures like rest, ice, medication, physical therapy, and in severe cases, surgical intervention. Maintaining a healthy weight, regular exercise, and proper joint protection are key to preventing and managing joint pain.
